Onward

 Jim mostly is getting around in a wheel chair but the good news is he’s not bed-bound. I’ve not been able to see him since before Thanksgiving but have made an abjectly aggressive plea to management that this be facilitated somehow.

 I will have had both vaxes as of Feb 8th and maximum protection is said to kick in two weeks after the booster. So maybe fourth week of February when I am at highest protection. Which seems distant just now. Jim will have had both doses by Feb 12th.

Meanwhile I’ve been addressing health issues of my own and am gratified by the beneficial effect of new meds and a no/low-salt diet. Feeling better than I have in years. That quote from Dickens’ “Tale of Two Cities.?” RECALLED TO LIFE — that’s how I feel, with intermittent bouts of anxiety and grief which are mine always.
